Rates
$130 per session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Some insurances require that you pay a deductible before it will pay for counseling. If this is the case, please note that payment for services are due at the time of session. You will want to check your coverage carefully before your session by asking your insurance provider the following questions:

• What are my mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• Do I have a co-pay? If so how much is it?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
For those without insurance or with a high deductible, reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
I use a secure health record for all paperwork associated with your sessions, and accept payment through your portal by major credit card or HSA. I accept Anthem; Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Aetna, Cigna; Community Health Options; United Behavioral Health (UBH); UnitedHealthCare; Harvard Pilgrim; EBPA (Maine General Health); Martin's Point; MHN; and Optum. 

Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations.
